Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most items ship within 2–5 business days. We hustle hard, but quality takes a sec. You’ll get tracking info the moment it’s on the move.
Q: How do I know my size?
A: Each product page has a size chart. Still unsure? When in doubt, size up — baggy is badass.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yep — within 30 days of receiving your order. Just don’t wear it out partying first. Read our Returns & Exchanges policy for the gritty details.
Q: My stuff arrived damaged. Now what?
A: Ugh, that sucks. Email us at support@willistock.com with a photo and we’ll make it right.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Only if we haven’t started production. Once it’s printing, it’s locked and loaded. So act fast and email us ASAP.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship anywhere in the United States - from sea to shining sea. 🇺🇸 If you're outside the U.S., we love you, bet we're keeping it domestic for now.
Q: Can I customize a product?
A: Not right now, but we’re working on some wild custom drops. Stay on the list (and stay in the know).
